Malkah Bertman brings over two decades of experience to her work as director of client services at Katy ABA Center of Texas, LLC, an organization that assists children and families living with autism. In her role at the center, Malkah Bertman oversees all client communications and works to connect parents with helpful resources and support services following their child’s autism diagnosis. She joined Katy ABA Center in 2017 after overseeing client communications at Katy Learning Center from 2012 to 2016.
Prior to entering the mental health field, Malkah Bertman provided alternative health services as the owner and operator of the Colon Health and Nutrition Center in Houston, Texas. In this role, she worked one-on-one with clients to develop individualized nutrition programs and assist them in implementing lifestyle changes focused on improving their overall health. Her holistic approach at the Center also included empathetic life coaching with each of her clients.
A graduate of the University of Houston, Malkah Bertman also holds a doctor of naturopathy from the Institute for Alternative Medicine and Cancer Research in Mountain View, Arkansas. She is currently working toward a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Capella University.
